Team Lead, Partnerships & Fundraising

What you would do

• Develop and implement strategies to build high-value partnerships with donors, corporates and stakeholders
• Identify funding opportunities and lead creation of funding proposals, pitches and donor engagements
• Manage fundraising pipelines, tracking and follow-up from planning to submission
• Oversee and coordinate proposal development and partnership initiatives across programmes
• Collaborate with leadership to leverage networks and promote multi-stakeholder collaboration
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic priorities

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (postgraduate qualification advantageous)
• Minimum 6 to 7 years' experience in partnerships, fundraising or business development within a nonprofit or development organisation
• Strong fundraising, partnership development and business development capability
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, networking and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
