What you would do

• Develop and implement a yearly marketing strategy for construction and travel.
• Plan and allocate budgets for both business arms.
• Manage separate brand identities under one marketing team.
• Promote construction projects through signage, events, and campaigns; generate leads for sales.
• Promote travel offerings with airline and hotel partnerships; run seasonal travel campaigns.
• Lead digital and content efforts across social media, website, and email; manage SEO and content calendar.
• Run paid advertising with ROI tracking (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics.
• Oversee email marketing and WhatsApp broadcasts.
• Track KPIs weekly and collaborate with sales to convert leads; manage marketing personnel.
