About this role

Team Lead Institutional Group at Heirs Insurance Ltd in Lagos is responsible for driving the acquisition, retention and growth of institutional insurance business. What you would do

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow institutional insurance business.
• Identify and pursue new corporate and institutional business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop account retention strategies for key clients.
• Manage assigned institutional accounts and ensure timely renewal of policies.
• Monitor policy performance, premium collections, claims experience, and service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in general business insurance with exposure to corporate and institutional businesses.
• Professional insurance qualifications (CIIN) desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
• Excellent relationship management, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute, be enterprising, resilient and innovative.
