About this role
Nsibidi Fables, a Lagos-based animation studio and creative tech hub, is looking for a Talent Specialist (Creatives) to build and manage its pool of external creatives. The role involves sourcing, briefing, and managing relationships with voice actors, animators, writers, illustrators and other creators in its extended network. The position targets someone with extensive experience in talent management, casting, creator partnerships or production coordination, and with a strong network in the Nigerian/African creative scene. You will work to support the studio’s animation and digital storytelling projects by coordinating external talent and related briefs.
What you would do
- Source external creatives for projects
- Brief and manage relationships with voice actors, animators, writers, illustrators and other creators
- Coordinate and manage SOWs and briefs with external talent
- Develop and maintain a network within the Nigerian/African creative space
- Collaborate with internal teams to align talent needs with project briefs
- Oversee talent onboarding and brief clarifications
- Monitor project timelines and deliverable quality from external collaborators
- Maintain records of talent engagements and contracts
- Assist in building a scalable talent management process
- Support creative project workflows through effective external partnerships
