What you would do

- Lead internal talent identification and development initiatives with HR partners and department heads.
- Support rotational and cross-functional assignments to broaden skills.
- Oversee external recruitment and maintain a high-quality hiring process.
- Enhance employer branding to position Ikeja Electric as an employer of choice.
- Lead targeted recruitment campaigns for diverse, high-potential external talent.
- Monitor recruitment and internal mobility metrics with HR data specialists.
- Use data insights to adjust talent strategies to meet business needs.
