Talent Acquisition Specialist
About this role
Moniepoint in Lagos is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its recruitment team and own end-to-end hiring across functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, building proactive candidate pipelines, and ensuring a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate has at least five years of full life-cycle recruitment experience and has worked in both agency and in-house recruitment.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job intake to onboarding
- Develop proactive recruitment strategies to generate pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build lasting relationships
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and recommend process improvements
- Facilitate day-to-day employee relations, including complaint resolution
- Coordinate performance management and talent management for employees

- Educational background in human resources or a relevant technical programme
- Minimum five years' full life-cycle recruitment experience with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience as both an agency recruiter and in-house recruiter
- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles (engineering, business and commercial positions)
- Experience with HR information systems and applicant tracking systems
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with stakeholders, team members and candidates
