What you would do

• Source candidates through job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interview logistics and manage candidate communications; support onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment records in Greenhouse and track key metrics; prepare status reports for leadership.
• Support employer branding; represent Jumia at career fairs and contribute content for careers page and social media.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related HR role.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment and across different markets.
• Good knowledge of candidate screening, interviewing, assessment, and selection techniques.
• Experience using ATS/recruitment systems; Greenhouse experience is an advantage.
