Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist

About this role

A multinational FMCG company is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment operations across the country. The role is suited to someone with prior recruitment experience, whether in-house, as a headhunter, or in a recruitment agency.

What you would do

• Lead the full recruitment process from job posting to interviews
• Conduct phone interviews and face-to-face interviews with candidates
• Actively source CVs across multiple channels to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Screen CVs and shortlist applicants for next steps
• Develop candidate sources by engaging community services, colleges, employment agencies, other recruiters, media and online platforms
• Post vacancies on leading recruitment channels

• 2-3 years of proven recruitment experience in-house, headhunter, or recruitment agency; FMCG experience preferred
• Active, hardworking and enthusiastic with a willingness to work overtime
• Strong networking ability and enjoyment in meeting new people
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
