What you would do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across different levels and functions
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, talent databases, and other sourcing channels
• Screen candidates and conduct initial competency-based interviews
• Coordinate candidate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients

What they are asking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment consultancy or HR consulting environment
• Experience recruiting for FinTech, FMCG, IT, Banking/Financial Services, ISP, Telecommunications, or related sectors is highly desirable
• Strong sourcing and screening experience with proficiency in LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
• Ability to manage multiple client recruitment assignments simultaneously, with understanding of targets, SLAs, and turnaround times
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/ATS platforms
