Systems Control Analyst
About this role
A systems control role at Ardova Plc in Lagos focused on identifying, assessing and mitigating IT risks across the organisation through audits and control reviews, ensuring IT systems support business goals and regulatory requirements.
What you would do
- Develop and implement IT risk assessment and management frameworks, aligned with the enterprise risk management framework.
- Identify, assess, monitor and report IT-related risks across systems, applications, infrastructure, processes and third parties.
- Conduct IT risk, compliance and control assessments for cybersecurity, data protection, privacy, regulatory, operational and vendor risks.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards and highlight vulnerabilities.
- Prepare and present IT risk and audit reports with findings, recommendations and action plans.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to embed risk management into operations and project lifecycles.
What they are asking for
- BSc or HND in Accounting, Economics or Social Science, Computer Science.
- CRISC or CISA certification is a plus; MRM certification is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of IT, auditing standards, information security and control frameworks.
- Understanding of business processes and how IT supports them.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex IT audit issues.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
