Supply Chain (SC) Integration & Improvement Lead
About this role
KPMG is seeking an SC Integration & Improvement Lead in Lagos to drive end-to-end delivery and integration of high-impact supply chain digital and improvement initiatives. The role involves turning insights into adopted solutions that deliver measurable business value, with a focus on production-ready data, analytics, automation and AI in the supply chain. It targets candidates with experience in complex digital or process-improvement projects within supply chain, commercial and operational environments. The position supports oil and gas clients by translating priorities into practical digital solutions while coordinating with multiple internal and external partners. The role also includes change leadership, training and user support to embed sustainable ways of working.
What you would do
- Lead design, development and integration of SC data, analytics, automation and AI solutions.
- Translate business priorities into practical digital solutions within data governance and SAP-access constraints.
- Turn analytics into actionable recommendations to expose risks and improvement opportunities and drive closure.
- Identify and execute opportunities to automate, simplify and integrate processes.
- Collaborate with SC, IT, Technical Planning, Contract Management, Procurement and Operations to secure delivery and adoption.
- Promote best-in-basin digital practices and embed sustainable ways of working through change leadership and user support.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field with at least a 2.2 GPA.
- 3 to 5 years' experience delivering complex digital, data, analytics or process-improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong exposure to supply chain, commercial and operational environments; knowledge of SC processes, controls, systems and data governance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP/SCM systems, automation and applied AI; experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous.
- Experience in oil and gas, energy or large industrial environments preferred.
