Supply Chain Manager

A full-time Supply Chain Manager role at Bell Oil and Gas Limited in Victoria Island, Lagos. The role leads sourcing, procurement and logistics to ensure items are bought at the right price from suitable sources and delivered on time with the required quality and quantity for clients and projects.

What you would do

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead procurement activities from sourcing and RFQ issuance through bid evaluation, negotiation, purchase order placement, and contract administration.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, distributors, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project schedules and customer commitments.
• Manage international sourcing, importation, customs clearance, shipping, and local logistics.
• Establish supplier performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years continuous experience in supply chain or procurement.
• At least 5 years in a leadership position within upstream oilfield services.
• Demonstrated experience managing international procurement and complex logistics.
• Professional Certifications such as CIPs, CPSM, APICS/ASCM, or equivalent are desirable.
