Genesis Group is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for its Rivers location. The role oversees the complete end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing and inventory control to final delivery and distribution for the group’s catering, hospitality and entertainment operations. It involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient procurement, logistics and risk management.
What you would do
- Develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies aligned with growth goals and demand forecasts.
- Source suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and negotiate contracts for raw materials and services.
- Monitor stock levels, optimise replenishment processes, and balance inventory to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Supervise shipping, transport routes, and warehouse operations to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Identify potential bottlenecks or disruptions and build contingency plans to resolve them quickly.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover and shipping costs.
