Supply Chain Manager
About this role
A Supply Chain Manager is sought to lead Bell Oil and Gas Limited’s procurement, logistics and supplier management functions. The role targets experienced professionals with a strong background in upstream oilfield services and international sourcing, and reports to the GM of Supply Chain and Business Development.
What you would do
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve competitiveness
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Coordinate with Business Development, Sales, Finance and Operations for tenders and projects
- Lead, mentor and develop the supply chain team
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and regulatory bodies
- Ensure ISO compliance and adherence to procurement policies and governance standards
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics)
- At least 5 years in a leadership role within upstream oilfield services or similar
- 10 or more years of continuous experience in supply chain or procurement
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, APICS/ASCM or equivalent desirable
- Strong international sourcing, purchasing and RFQ processing skills
- Experience with project management, inventory control and trucking/logistics management
