Supervisor: Fuel
About this role
A role overseeing fuel management for a fleet of over 500 trucks, ensuring accurate, efficient and compliant fuel monitoring and reporting. It is suitable for someone with experience in fuel probe technology, telematics and data analysis who can coordinate with third-party service providers.
What you would do
- Monitor fuel sensors and probes on all trucks to ensure accuracy
- Verify fuel dispensing from company dumps, third-party stations and partner sources
- Validate delivery and offloading records against system data and physical confirmations
- Identify and address fuel losses, leaks or discrepancies and investigate when needed
- Liaise with third-party providers to maintain fuel monitoring systems and enforce SLAs
- Generate routine fuel usage and performance reports and support audit activities

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Knowledge of fuel probe/sensor technology and telematics systems
- Understanding of fuel dispensing, tracking and reconciliation across multiple sources
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
