Supervisor, Cash Ops - Payment Processing

About this role

What you would do

• Coordinate the evacuation process for cross-border payments with the team lead
• Ensure timely processing of outward payments and accurate input on DOTOPAL for regulatory and non-STP payments
• Manage foreign currency clearing operations in line with policies and regulatory controls
• Oversee end-to-end processing of STR/OTT transactions and call-back confirmations as per procedures
• Escalate items outstanding beyond set deadlines and maintain communication with branches and the GBS processing team
• Conduct control reviews, Nostro/Suspense investigations, and support DR/BCP and compliance efforts
