What you would do

• Oversee daily outlet operations including product display, service delivery, customer care and cleanliness.
• Ensure food is served and displayed according to portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Attend to customers promptly, courteously and professionally; resolve or escalate complaints.
• Conduct regular hygiene and cleanliness checks in dining areas, kitchen, restrooms and staff areas.
• Lead by example on punctuality, discipline and grooming of staff.
• Perform daily opening and closing checks and verify equipment functionality.
• Report performance metrics, customer feedback, operational issues and staff concerns to management.
