What you would do
- Ensure excellent customer service and professionally handle customer complaints
- Enforce company policies, discipline, and work schedules among staff
- Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory, and arrange stock properly
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Lead, manage and motivate sales staff to meet sales targets
- Open and close the store and follow security procedures
- Supervise daily store operations for smooth running
- Prepare daily sales reports and report to management
