About this role
Domeo Resources International is seeking a Supermarket Manager for a store in Jabi, Abuja. What you would do
- Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations
- Supervise staff including cashiers and inventory personnel
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and arrange timely restocking
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety and regulatory compliance
- Prepare and analyse daily/weekly sales reports
- Implement promotions and manage product displays
- Train and motivate team to achieve targets
- Ensure cash-handling procedures and financial controls
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries
