Subsea Worksite Supervisor
About this role
Subsea Worksite Supervisor based in Akwa Ibom. The role involves leading subsea maintenance teams and ensuring readiness of subsea equipment, while coordinating maintenance with rig schedules and future projects. It requires extensive subsea maintenance or engineering experience and strong project management and leadership abilities.
What you would do
- Lead and manage subsea maintenance teams and activities
- Oversee preparation, maintenance and readiness of subsea equipment
- Coordinate maintenance planning around rig schedules and future projects
- Monitor HSEQ, KPIs, worksite performance and continuous improvement
- Manage contractors, inventory, quality systems and maintenance programmes
- Support incident investigations, audits and root cause analysis
What they are asking for
- HNC, HND or equivalent technical qualification
- 10+ years' experience in subsea equipment maintenance or engineering
- Strong knowledge of wellheads, tubing hangers, Christmas trees, SSTTs and subsea intervention equipment
- Experience with subsea contractors and oil & gas operators
- Knowledge of QMS, auditing, RCA and quality control; familiarity with SAP/CMMS and Microsoft Office
- Strong project management and team leadership skills; valid BOSIET/HUET certification
