Subsea SURF Lead
About this role
The Subsea SURF Lead oversees technical leadership for subsea and SURF work, ensuring engineering packages, installation readiness, and change management are properly controlled for offshore projects. The role requires strong offshore experience and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to delivery安全 results for clients and the project.
What you would do
- Lead subsea/SURF engineering delivery and establish technical review gates.
- Review engineering deliverables, calculations and design interfaces to closure.
- Coordinate input from subsea, installation and project specialists.
- Ensure installation readiness, permits, weather assumptions and interface management are prepared.
- Manage technical queries, changes, and assessments with appropriate approvals.
- Coordinate teams across engineering, fabrication, marine, installation, commissioning, suppliers and clients.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- 8 to 12 years of engineering or project delivery experience in subsea, SURF, offshore installation or related fields.
- Experience managing technical queries, deviations, field discoveries and design changes.
- Experience coordinating interfaces across engineering, fabrication, marine, installation, commissioning, and clients.
- Knowledge of subsea engineering, SURF installation readiness, marine interfaces and technical assurance.
- Strong engineering judgement and problem-solving abilities.
