Strategy Analyst
About this role
Noemdek Limited is seeking a Strategy Analyst in Lagos, reporting to the CEO in the Holding Company. The role supports the CEO on key strategic initiatives, including growth, operational improvements and transformations across divisions and portfolio companies. It is suitable for fresh graduates with up to one year post-NYSC experience.
What you would do
- Support strategic decision making by gathering data and presenting options to stakeholders.
- Prepare materials for board meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams to drive initiatives.
- Analyse and pursue investment opportunities.
- Plan and execute budgeting processes and quarterly business reviews.
- Represent the CEO at board meetings and manage key relationships, while maintaining confidentiality.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, structuring and mentorship skills.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple workstreams and project teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- 0 to 1 year post-NYSC experience and typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
