Strategic Information Officer
About this role
A role for collecting, validating, analysing and reporting programme data at assigned sites or LGAs, supporting data quality and use for performance improvement. It is intended for someone with experience in monitoring and evaluation or data management in health programmes.
What you would do
- Collect and validate routine data against source documents
- Maintain reporting trackers, databases and evidence folders
- Check data for completeness, consistency and duplicates and resolve discrepancies
- Produce routine analyses and provide site feedback for performance improvement
- Support data-quality assessments, interpret indicators and support corrective actions
- Assist facility and programme staff with reporting tools and data use
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Public Health, Demography, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E/data-management experience in health programs
- Strong Excel and data-management skills
