Strategic Finance Officer

What you would do

• Maintain up-to-date books and ledgers for each entity in the group
• Carry out bank, cash and inter-company reconciliations and resolve differences
• Manage receivables by invoicing and following up on sponsorships, retainers and related proceeds
• Manage payables and maintain a schedule of obligations, prepare payments for approval and keep supplier records
• Record costs and income against each trade transaction to show margin per deal
• Keep grant and donor-funded programme expenditure separately tracked for partner reporting

• Degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Progress towards ACCA, ICAN or equivalent is advantageous
• Hands-on bookkeeping and reconciliation experience
• Fluency with accounting software and Excel; Zoho experience is useful
