Strategic Finance Lead role in Abuja for Welcome2Africa International, responsible for providing a consolidated financial view across multiple entities and jurisdictions, guiding budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management and investor reporting. Suitable for a finance professional with FP&A or corporate finance experience in a multi-entity or cross-border setup.

What you would do

• Set the group’s financial strategy with the Group CEO and translate it into budgets and capital plans.
• Build a consolidated financial view across all entities with rolling forecasts and cash-flow models.
• Own the group’s debts and liabilities, manage creditor relationships and shift funding to longer-term financing.
• Validate margins and commercial terms before execution and track margins to completion.
• Develop financial models for holding company capital raises, business plans and group deals.
• Support investor relations with financial materials, due diligence responses and board reporting.

What they are asking for

• Professional accounting or finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent).
• Substantial experience in strategic finance, FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modelling skills and experience supporting capital raises or investor due diligence.
• Experience in multi-entity or cross-border business; exposure to commodity trade, trade finance or investment advisory is a plus.
• Ability to clearly convey financial information to leaders and propose actionable steps.
• Experience building order and controls in evolving organisations.
