Strategic Execution Officer for Welcome2Africa in Abuja. This role supports the Group CEO by turning directives into actionable steps, managing the path from lead to revenue, and coordinating engagements across entities. Suitable for someone with executive support, strategy or programme management experience who can work with senior leadership and maintain strong execution discipline.

What you would do

• Convert CEO directives into owners, deadlines and revenue or strategy links; track weekly.
• Oversee lead-to-engagement-to-mandate-to-execution-to-revenue process; ensure Finance and Legal clearance before execution.
• Compile and maintain the Monday dashboard with active mandates, 90-day revenue forecast, upcoming engagements and risk flags.
• Prepare briefs for investor or international meetings and document summaries with actions within 24 hours.
• Maintain single relationship records for multi-entity partners and follow up with investors, anchor offtakers and institutional partners.
• Support holding company fundraising by managing investor pipeline, preparing briefs and tracking board/adviser candidates.
