Strategic Execution Officer

About this role

A full‑time Strategic Execution Officer based in Abuja supporting the Group CEO. The role focuses on turning engagements into mandates, defining commercial terms and driving execution and revenue across the group’s entities.

What you would do

• Research markets, sectors, investors and counterparts and produce concise briefs with recommendations.
• Oversee the progression from lead to engagement, mandate, terms, execution and revenue, ensuring Finance and Legal clearance.
• Maintain a single relationship record for cross‑entity partners and follow up with investors and institutional partners.
• Protect the Group CEO’s time by managing calendar, travel and inbox and route non‑strategic matters accordingly.
• Ensure documentation discipline with minutes filed within 24 hours and mandate folders.
• Prepare briefs for meetings and record post‑meeting summaries, actions and follow‑ups within 24 hours.

• Strong organisation, discretion and persistent follow‑up.
• Excellent writing and research skills; ability to present complex matters clearly.
• Commercial awareness and ability to read deals and identify missing elements.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and propose solutions.
• Ability to track actions with owners, deadlines and link to revenue or strategy.
