Strategic Adviser to Management

About this role

The role is for a Strategic Adviser to Management who will support The Concept Group in Lagos. The position reports to the General Manager and acts as an analytical strategist, monitoring and driving the group's key strategic initiatives. The adviser will collaborate with department heads to keep projects on time, on budget and on target, and provide executive management with insights for decision making. The employer is a holding company with subsidiaries including Rosabon Financial Services, Concept Nova and Percy Aitkins, operating across financial services, IT solutions and bureau de change.

What you would do

• Support leadership in developing and executing the company’s strategic plan.
• Track progress against high level goals and KPIs and report to executive management.
• Prepare board meeting materials and analytical reports on strategic initiatives, financial performance and market.

What they are asking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in strategic or management consulting is an added advantage.
• PMP, Six Sigma or CFA certifications are a plus.
• Strong finance, business development and analytical background.
• Advanced modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with KPI tracking and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a financial services institution or related field is an advantage.
