Storekeeper - Plastic Manufacturing

About this role

A full-time Storekeeper role in a plastic manufacturing company based in Aba, Abia. The position focuses on managing inventory, stock movements, and the receipt, storage and issuance of materials and finished products, reporting to the Operations Manager.

What you would do

• Enforce storekeeping procedures, safety standards and inventory control measures
• Maintain stock registers, bin cards, inventory reports and supporting documents
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and organisation of materials and finished products
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, expiries, or slow-moving items
• Receive, inspect and document incoming materials and goods against delivery notes and purchase orders
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Operations and Dispatch to ensure material availability and issue materials as required

• Onsite work in Aba, Abia State
• HND or BSc in Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Storekeeper or Inventory Officer, preferably in manufacturing, plastics or FMCG
• Strong attention to detail, good record-keeping, organisation and integrity
• Experience managing raw materials, finished goods and high-volume stock movements
