About this role

Storekeeper (Medical Stock) for Médecins Sans Frontières in Abuja will manage the central medical stock, including receiving, storing and issuing items and keeping accurate records. The role supports MSF’s medical work by ensuring stock is available, properly stored and documented, and that the cold chain and security requirements are met.

What you would do

• Receive stock for MSF projects and departments
• Store stock according to MSF Good Storage and Distribution Practices
• Record stock movements for traceability
• Dispatch stock to projects with proper documentation and labeling
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
• Back up the other storekeeper during absences

• Essential diploma
• Desirable degrees in pharmacy technology, supply chain or warehouse management
• At least one year of storekeeper or similar warehouse experience (essential)
• English language proficiency
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word and email)
• UniField or stock management software knowledge (desirable)
