Storekeeper and Office Assistant

About this role

This role combines storekeeping with basic office administration for a furniture company in Abuja. It is for someone who can manage inventory and provide administrative support in both warehouse and office settings.

What you would do

• Manage store and inventory to minimise loss, damage and misuse
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is needed
• Receive, inspect and record incoming materials and tools
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits
• Issue materials to production based on approved requests
• Provide general office support including filing, copying, scanning and correspondence management

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in storekeeping, inventory management or related role
• OND or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
• Good knowledge of inventory control procedures
• Ability to handle physical store activities and maintain accurate records
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Strong honesty, integrity, accountability and attention to detail
