What you would do

- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records; investigate discrepancies.
- Label, store, and organise materials for easy identification and access.
- Track tools and returnable materials issued to personnel and follow up on returns.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, security, and access control.
- Prepare inventory reports and coordinate with procurement, production, and management.
