Store Visual Merchandiser
About this role
A Store Visual Merchandiser is needed to manage and uphold visual merchandising standards across six Lagos-area stores for Fort Knox Group, coordinating displays, brand guidelines and promotional activities. The role targets professionals with experience in visual or retail merchandising and the ability to work across multiple locations.
What you would do
- Inspect each store to ensure product presentation meets standards.
- Plan and implement product displays to maximise customer attention and support sales.
- Coordinate new product launches, seasonal displays and promotions across all stores.
- Ensure correct product positioning, pricing and orderly presentation.
- Train store teams on visual merchandising practices and provide feedback.
- Prepare reports on merchandising activities and store displays.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management, Art & Design, Business Administration or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Store Operations or related role.
- Experience managing visual merchandising across multiple retail locations is highly desirable.
- Experience in fashion, consumer electronics, beauty, FMCG, lifestyle or other retail environments is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of store layout, product placement and retail display techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
