What you would do
- Receive and inspect incoming spares and supplies for accuracy and quality.
- Ensure proper storage to prevent spoilage and theft.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual and computerised systems.
- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or surpluses.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe, organized storage environment complying with protocols.
- Adhere to safety and storage regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and production for planning and replenishment.
- Report damaged, missing or non-conforming items for resolution.

- Hands-on store supervisor with understanding of warehouse operations in manufacturing, ability to lead store workers and maintain accurate records.
