What you would do

• Lead shift huddles and allocate tasks to store staff for floor coverage, replenishment, housekeeping and queue management.
• Ensure the store is ready for customers during the shift, including cleanliness, merchandising and basic safety readiness.
• Monitor task completion and enforce standards in real time, correcting gaps promptly.
• Supervise customer service quality and ensure staff are professional, responsive and policy compliant; handle first-level escalations and escalate complex issues with clear facts.
• Ensure shelves are replenished and key products are visible and available; enforce stock handling discipline during in-shift stock movement.
• Complete shift handover checklists and maintain basic shift logs, documenting open issues and stock-related exceptions.] ,
