What you would do

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and finished goods
• Record stock movements and maintain accurate inventory data
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment requests
• Ensure proper storage conditions for materials and finished products
• Coordinate dispatch and distribution of finished products where applicable
• Maintain orderly warehouse organisation and cleanliness
• Support inventory control processes and cycle counts
• Prepare and maintain relevant records and reports
• Collaborate with purchasing and production teams as needed
• Utilise Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• BSc or HND in Purchasing and Supply or any social science discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar store/inventory role
• Experience in FMCG and regulated industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management principles
• Excellent numerical and record-keeping skills
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Residence around Mushin, Isolo, Ajao Estate, Ojuelegba, or Surulere axis preferred
