A Store Officer is needed to manage daily store operations, inventory, customer service and order fulfilment. The role targets organised individuals with experience in store management or inventory control, preferably in skincare or retail. What you would do
- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Manage inventory and stock records
- Provide customer service and assist with order fulfilment
- Maintain inventory reports and records
- Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking
- Prepare and manage stock levels and discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams as needed
- Ensure store standards and procedures are followed
- Support sales processes and product display
- Assist in achieving store performance targets

- Minimum OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2–4 years of experience in store management, retail operations or inventory management
- Good knowledge of stock control and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience in skincare, beauty or retail is an advantage
- Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
