Store Officer

About this role

A Store Officer is needed to manage day-to-day store activities at SIMS Nigeria Limited in Enugu, ensuring proper receipt, storage and documentation of inventory and timely reconciliation with records. The role targets candidates with organised, detail-minded approach and experience in inventory or stock control, preferably in electronics retail.

What you would do

• Receive, inspect and document incoming goods
• Ensure items match purchase orders and delivery notes
• Store and arrange products for easy access
• Maintain records of stock movements
• Issue stock to authorised departments or personnel
• Prepare and maintain GRNs, store issue vouchers and related documents

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in stores, inventory management or warehousing
• Experience in a retail or consumer electronics environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems
• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills with high accuracy
• Good organisational, time-management and communication skills
