A Store Manager is being sought by FMR Agency for a Lagos location to oversee daily store operations, ensure good customer service, manage inventory records, and coordinate order fulfilment. What you would do
- Oversee daily store operations and keep the store clean, organised and well-stocked
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records and coordinate restocking
- Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations and strong service
- Process customer orders accurately and arrange deliveries with logistics partners
- Conduct basic product and market research on skincare and industry trends
- Maintain records of sales, inventory, customer orders and daily activities
- Prepare routine operational and sales reports and report discrepancies and feedback to management
What they are asking for
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2 - 4 years of experience in store management, retail operations, or inventory management
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of inventory management and record keeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in skincare, beauty, or retail is an added advantage
