Store and Operations Manager

What you would do

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated issues
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
• Set and monitor sales targets and take action to improve performance
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms
• Report to management on performance, challenges and opportunities
• Oversee daily store operations including retail and wholesale operations and manage inventory

• Minimum 4 years' experience in store, retail, wholesale or operations management
• Good financial awareness and ability to read sales and expense reports
• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/POS systems
