Stock & Inventory Officer

PoweredUp Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Stock & Inventory Officer in Lagos to oversee inventory operations and ensure accurate stock records. The role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in stock control and reconciliation.

What you would do

• Keep accurate inventory records and monitor changes.
• Record stock movements, receipts, transfers and dispatches.
• Carry out periodic stock counts and reconciliations.
• Identify stock discrepancies, losses, damages and shortages.
• Ensure proper storage and orderly organisation of inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment.

• Minimum qualification: HND or BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant stock or inventory management experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and good record-keeping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
