STEM Graduate Trainee
About this role
The role is for STEM graduates joining as Graduate Trainees at Fadac Resources. It targets graduates with a background in science, technology, engineering or mathematics who are eager to learn and solve problems. What you would do
- Support technical and operational activities within assigned departments.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to workplace challenges.
- Participate in training programmes and assigned projects.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organisational objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with established procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.
What they are asking for
- Minimum of HND with Upper Credit in a relevant STEM discipline (higher qualifications welcome).
- 0 - 3 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
- Willing and available to work in Ibadan or Port Harcourt.
- Preference for candidates from polytechnics in Ibadan or Port Harcourt and those residing nearby.
- Preferred Disciplines include Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Chemical, Civil, and Production Engineering; Computer Science and IT; Mathematics and Statistics; Physics, Chemistry and Industrial Chemistry; and other relevant STEM fields.
