About this role
The role is Station Supervisor for Nepal Energy in Edo, Nigeria. The person supports the Station Manager in day-to-day operations, ensures smooth station activities and customer service, and supervises staff; the Supervisor takes charge in the Station Manager's absence.
What you would do
- Support the Station Manager in the daily running of the station.
- Supervise pump attendants, cashiers and other station personnel during assigned shifts.
- Ensure the station opens and closes according to approved procedures.
- Monitor the functionality of pumps, generators, POS terminals and other station equipment.
- Escalate operational issues to the Station Manager where necessary.
- Monitor daily fuel and non-fuel sales and ensure prompt, courteous customer service.
