What you would do
- Support the Station Manager in daily station operations
- Supervise pump attendants, cashiers and other staff on shifts
- Ensure station opens and closes following procedures
- Monitor pumps, generators, POS terminals and other equipment
- Escalate operational issues to the Station Manager
- Monitor daily fuel and non-fuel sales and customer service quality
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate unresolved issues
- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and conduct safety inspections
- Prepare shift and other operational reports, acting as Station Manager when needed
