State Inventory Officer (Taraba)
About this role
A State Inventory Officer oversees the tracking, storage and distribution of POS devices across Taraba, ensuring accurate records and smooth supply chain execution. The role reports to the State Coordinator and is an onsite outsourced position for Moniepoint.
What you would do
- Maintain up-to-date records of POS devices, stock levels, locations and serial numbers
- Verify serial numbers for received devices and address discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and logical inventory
- Collaborate with procurement, sales and warehouse teams to optimise inventory operations
- Communicate inventory status and concerns to internal stakeholders
- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by the State Coordinator

- OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in inventory management or similar operational roles
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for reconciling discrepancies
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office
