State Inventory Officer (Rivers)

About this role

The State Inventory Officer manages the region’s POS device inventory, including tracking, storage, and distribution, and works with procurement, sales and warehouse teams to keep supply chain operations smooth. The role reports to the State Coordinator and is onsite, outsourced.

What you would do

• Maintain accurate records of POS devices, stock levels, locations and serial numbers
• Verify serial numbers of received devices and address discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and logical inventory
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and warehouse teams to optimise inventory operations
• Communicate inventory status and concerns to internal stakeholders
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by the State Coordinator

• Proven experience in inventory management or related operational roles
