The State Inventory Officer is responsible for managing the region's POS device inventory, ensuring accurate records, secure storage, and efficient distribution. The role supports cross‑functional teams to maintain smooth supply chain and requires onsite work under the State Coordinator.</summary>

What you would do

• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records for POS devices, stock levels, locations and serial numbers
• Verify serial numbers for received devices and report discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventories
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and warehouse teams to optimise inventory operations
• Communicate inventory status and concerns to internal stakeholders
• Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by the State Coordinator
