Start-Up Specialist II

Based in Lagos, the role is for an experienced Start-Up Specialist II to support safe, efficient and timely project start-up activities. The position requires strong discipline expertise in Rotating Machinery, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation, or Document Control Services, and involves collaborating with the Project Team, Affiliate Operations, and Contractors to deliver value in line with the project goals.

What you would do

• Support the Start-Up Coordinator and Start-Up Manager to meet OE/IIF expectations.
• Support the development and execution of the project Start-Up Plan.
• Provide discipline-specific expertise during planning and start-up activities.
• Interface with Operations, Integrated Commissioning, and Facility Engineering Teams to ensure safe and effective start-up.
• Develop and execute downstream start-up procedures for the safe and efficient start-up of integrated project assets.
• Apply detailed knowledge of operating facilities to identify and manage operational risks.
