The Star Development Coordinator in Kaduna is responsible for recruiting and onboarding Jaza Stars (sales agents) for new sites as part of the expansion. What you would do

• Advertise open Jaza Star positions for new sites in the expansion.
• Manage the candidate pool to meet criteria for interviews and training.
• Coordinate interviews, classroom and on-site training for recruits.
• Identify training needs and suggest updates to training materials.
• Ensure onboarding items are completed and documentation filed (contracts, dashboard accounts, star app setup, registry updates).
• Oversee the recruitment process end-to-end and ensure training materials remain up to date.
