Stakeholder Relations Manager
About this role
The Stakeholder Relations Manager oversees relationships with government and NGO partners for non-vaccine programme components, and coordinates trainings and expansion activities to new operating areas in Nigeria. The role is based in Gombe State and involves managing stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
What you would do
- Line manage Stakeholder Relations Officers and oversee stakeholder relations activities
- Supervise quarterly clinic staff trainings across assigned states
- Oversee expansion activities including pre-planning, advocacy meetings and orientation trainings
- Conduct quarterly activity mapping and regular stakeholder relations outreach visits
- Manage stakeholder communications and issue resolution; participate in Joint States Stakeholder Meetings
- Liaise between SROs and Supply-Side Officers and log activity feedback on MyDay app
What they are asking for
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in health or natural sciences
- Minimum of 5 years relevant NGO experience
- Nigerian national based in Gombe State; fluency in Hausa and local languages
- Experience with the Nigerian health system and clinic documentation, especially infant health and vaccinations
- Ability to work at remote public clinics and travel by public transport
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and Hausa; proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
